Amazon announces opening of new office at Town Square, plans to create 125 jobs

Amazon announced on Thursday an expansion of its Las Vegas workforce by opening a new 30,000 square foot office at Town Square and announcing efforts to create 125 additional corporate jobs in the city.

“We are excited to create more jobs in Las Vegas and continue to invest in the city and its people,” said Tami Dennis, Site Lead of Amazon’s Las Vegas office.

Currently, the e-commerce giant employs more than 100 human resource employees at its office in the city. The Las Vegas team serves as the first point of contact for employees requesting job and application accommodations. Amazon says it is one of the full to have full-time ASL interpreters to support deaf or hard-of-hearing employees.
